Grimitives Gingerbread House
This adorable gingerbread house is just full of vintage charm!
The house is totally constructed of vintage linen textile.
I used a special Gimmix spices and baked each piece to make it look and smell like a real gingerbread house. I then attached all the house pieces together.
I hand painted the house's door, windows, chimney etc. in a whimsy fashion.
I decorated the house with chenille candy cane stems, and a wreath.
A little fun touch, I cut a hole in the house inside the wreath so the non-flame tealight candle inside makes the house glow.
Up on the roof top is a vintage Santa. Santa is attached to the roof and can not be removed. House is dusted with mica.
The base for gingerbread house is a 1 inch think round piece of wood
that I painted the top and covered it in mica snow dust.
The snowy scene has two tiny bottle brush trees and a vintage plastic snowman.
Trees and snowman are attached to base.
Gingerbread house is not attached to base, so you can left the house up and turn the tealight candle on and off.
