Witch hat is made of paper mache and painted black.
The hat is accented with vintage mini tart tins and inside tin is an
antique frozen Charlotte, that I added bat wings and covered the inside of tine with orange German glass glitter.
The hat sits on a vintage hat stand and hat can be removed.
Hat measures 7x6 inches and on hat stand 12 inches.
